The role seeks to provide fast and useful technical assistance on complex, large entertainment automation systems. Additionally, the Support Integrator travels to customer sites to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain equipment installations. This also requires the Support Integrator to display strong customer service skills in advising the customer in technical problems and proposing solutions. This position works independently with little direct supervision. The Applicant should have a excellent Dutch and English language skills.

Machinists play a key role in our manufacturing process, producing parts using computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, such as lathes and milling machines, to cut and produce precision components. Essentially, a machinists' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures to produce high quality, precision parts. Other essential duties include interfacing with other departments to solve problems, observing processes that support the wider business, having an active role in site safety, and ensuring that, with an emphasis collaboration and teamwork, we always strive to execute on manufacturing to the highest possible standards.

It is essential that the holder of this position is very proficient in the high-level functions provided by the software in order to lead the development of effective and efficient tools to improve productivity.
