The Stores Manager plays a vital role in the supply chain process, you will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure that goods are received and stored correctly, before ensuring their smooth flow through the manufacturing process. A key element of this position will be to understand in detail, the daily/weekly production schedules, able to spot upcoming material or part availability issues that will hinder the team’s ability to achieve our goals. Essential duties include coordinating parts and consumables for daily operations, maintaining rigid stock control, liaising with procurement to order consumables and material, preventing excess stock, actioning non-usable items and waste materials, and assisting in solving inconsistencies between inventory and stock records. Ensures inventory management systems are regularly updated to provide ‘live’ stock information for the wider team.   Other essential duties include interfacing with other departments to solve problems, observing processes that support the wider business, having an active role in site safety, and ensuring that, with an emphasis collaboration and teamwork, we always strive to execute projects to the highest possible standards.

Essentially, a Saw Operators' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures to produce high quality, precision parts. Other essential duties include maintaining machines to highest possible standards, interfacing with other departments to solve problems, observing processes that support the wider business, Stock control, having an active role in site safety, and ensuring that, with an emphasis collaboration and teamwork, we always strive to execute on manufacturing to the highest possible standards.

The Control Engineer is responsible for developing and engineering controls solutions for projects, ensuring that TAIT's solutions are engineered to the highest levels of quality and safety. The Control Engineering team focuses on upfront technical due diligence in earlier phases of the Project Process, identifying challenges early to limit discovery in later project phases, resulting in less re-work and improved Performance to Estimate (PTE) and On-Time Completion (OTC).    Control Engineering involvement in a project will continue past the design & engineering phase when a project involves particularly complex or custom controls solutions, or if the nature of the project requires a high level of engineering rigor.

You will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, fabricating, and assembling metal components or structures, as well as performing quality checks on finished products. You may also be required to design and set up fabricating jigs and custom templates. With its proprietary entertainment automation platform, custom-made products, and creative engineering. www.taittowers.com   We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst in our office in Lititz, Pennsylvania   The Business Systems Analyst serves as a resource during the implementation of new systems and process while also being task oriented in completing work during implementations. The BSA will work with a BSPM to gather requirements and do discovery with internal customers on their needs. In conjunction with a BSPM, the BSA will document the requirements and propose a solution including scope, schedule, and budget. This role may be the primary Business Systems contact on an implementation, working with a team embedded in the operations organization, or may be part of a larger team of Business Systems Project Managers/Analysts working to accomplish a goal. Some technical knowledge of Epicor setup will be necessary as this person will ultimately be responsible for global company setup. This role will support M&A in the future for company setup and integration into Business Systems, specifically financial systems and process.
