The integration resource administrator facilitates activities of the integration management team, specifically the integration resource manager and department head, with administrative tasks related to resource scheduling, travel logistics, and team communication. Under the guidance of the integration resource manager, this position will work directly with the production control department to maintain departmental project information and budgets, and with integrators to audit and encourage active participation in the TAIT Project Process. It is essential that this position maintain a pulse on the company and attend weekly group project meetings to stay up to date on project status.

This role exists to support in local logistics as well as act as a support role for Shipping and Receiving and overall warehouse requirements. This person must have a strong background in driving safety with numerous types of vehicles including Class C license. This person would need to obtain and hold a medical card for commercial driving. When not satisfying local pick up and deliveries this person would report to the Shipping and Receiving Lead to assist with the various requirements on the dock as well as intermittent requirements in the inventory department.

Position Purpose:    The Electrical Technician will assist with manufacturing, preparation, and setting up small to large control projects in a group setting or independently with minimal guidance from the group lead. This position will require the fabricator to be highly functional in a multiple of control disciplines and help support control fabrication to deliver a finished product to TAIT’s standard of quality. This is also a first position.

Key stakeholders are General Counsel and Legal in the US, Business Development, Projects and Senior Leadership in the UK. Typical projects are between £150,000 and £15,000,000 in value and may be delivered anywhere globally.   The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting the Senior Legal Counsel during all phases of the project lifecycle, through bidding, negotiation, commercial management and claims management during delivery.

This role exists to breakdown demands for active open projects. Establish the PO and monitor pricing and delivery of the PO to co-ordinate with project budget and timeline. This role also works to maintain proper inventory levels based on system demands and input from Inventory Analysts. This person needs to have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships and fine communication. The person must also negotiate pricing and control inflation of costs using leverage such as purchasing power, global consolidation of supply chain etc. Interdepartmental and intercompany communication utilizing software and soft skills. This person must understand the components in their commodity base to understand and control quality levels and costs.

We are currently looking for an Assets Inventory Controller.   Position Purpose   To facilitate and support the Asset technical team with the pull and prep of equipment and other various inventory duties. The inventory controller will coordinate orders and deliveries and conduct regular inventory audits and analyses. They will also work with the production teams to understand supply and demand requirements and ensure consistent stock levels. They will also perform forklift tasks on counterbalance and reach forklifts.
