This role exists to breakdown demands for active open projects. Establish the PO and monitor pricing and delivery of the PO to co-ordinate with project budget and timeline. This role also works to maintain proper inventory levels based on system demands and input from Inventory Analysts. This person needs to have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships and fine communication. The person must also negotiate pricing and control inflation of costs using leverage such as purchasing power, global consolidation of supply chain etc. Interdepartmental and intercompany communication utilizing software and soft skills. This person must understand the components in their commodity base to understand and control quality levels and costs.
The Check in Technician is charged with executing the return processing of items returning from rentals. They separate and scan in rental items and return them to proper departments while also helping to recycle/reuse custom items. They check through discrepancies and report back on missing items.

This role exists to physically organize inventory and support the Inventory Analyst and Inventory Manager. The main requirements include but are not limited to sorting inventory receipts from shipping and receiving to be placed in their appropriate bins, assist with physical cycle counting, assist with issuing materials for fabrication, assist with general housekeeping in the various warehouse locations. Additional requirements include reporting of overages and inventory shortages to maintain appropriate inventory rules, assisting with moving of inventory small and large thus light forklift usage will be required. This position also helps the Inventory Analyst by monitoring any additional requests in order to maintain the proper inventory levels.

The Business Systems Project Manager serves as a project manager and resource during the implementation of new systems and processes while also being task oriented in completing work during implementations. The BSPM will work with the related business unit to gather requirements and do discovery with internal customers on their needs. The BSPM will document the requirements and propose a solution including scope, schedule, and budget for approval by department and business leadership. This role may be the primary Business Systems contact on an implementation, working with a team embedded in the operations organization, or may be part of a larger team of Business Systems Project Managers/Analysts working to accomplish a goal. Some technical knowledge of Epicor and other IT Systems is ideal. This role will support M&A in the future for company setup and integration into Business Systems.
