This position will directly support TAIT’s corporate development efforts including M&A, acquisition integration, building strategic partnerships around the globe, and evaluating new strategies and business development opportunities.


A secondary function of the role will be to support TAIT’s Finance team with financial planning and analysis.


This is a global role which will involve traveling around the world to visit various targets and build relationships. 



  • Perform detailed acqusition due diligence, target analysis, and M&A process management (accounting, legal, and other critical M&A workstreams)
  • Build detailed acqusition and operating models as part of acqusition analysis
  • Perform in-depth industry and market research
  • Assist in entering new geographies and markets
  • Drive post-acquisition integration activities in collaboration with integration team
  • Preparation of management, board, and other internal presentations
  • Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
  • Provide assistance to senior leadership as needed with potential investment processes


  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of two (2) years of investment banking or consulting experience experience OR post-MBA.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for creative businesses and the ability to thrive in a creative-first, unstructured environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to express the key points in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently, as needed.
  • Traveling, domestically and internationally, to visit various targets and to build relationships is required.
