The Team Advisor connects business objectives and people initiatives to build an inclusive, productive environment where employees can perform at their highest potential. This role blends the generalist knowledge of HR centers of excellence with the mindset of a HR business partner

  • Providing effective Business Partnering to line managers to ensure HR Priorities, Policies, Programs and Services align with company Strategy and department needs. (Business Partnering)

Responsibilities

Main Outcomes of the Position

The Team Advisor provides coaching and counsel to resolve conflict, identifies growth opportunities at the individual, team, and organizational level, and provides solutions to continuously improve the company’s culture of high performance.

Expectations:

    • Develops and maintains consultative relationships with department leadership, managers and team members
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues with the goal of strengthening each employee’s sense of belonging and inclusion at work in compliance with national laws and regulations.
    • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Partners with the legal department on complaints and grievances as needed
    • Provides day-to-day guidance to department leaders and managers through coaching, counseling, career development, and performance improvement
    • Supports needs assessments to identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and overall company culture as part of the Inclusive TAIT working group
  • Works closely with the Director HR EU & AMEA and Senior Director Compensation and Benefits Global as well as hiring managers on compensation strategy and structure as well as role development. benchmarking, building employment packages, and promotion processes
  • Analyzes internal trends related to turnover and other metrics in partnership with the Global People Team to develop solutions, programs and policies. Produces KPI reports and ad hoc data analyzation in support of decision making and strategy execution
  • Maintains working knowledge of all People function disciplines including compensation, total rewards, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, talent development, performance management, recruiting, and employment law.

Qualifications

Foundation/Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience
  • UK Professional HR and/or SHRM credentials preferred
