Overview

The integration resource administrator facilitates activities of the integration management team, specifically the integration resource manager and department head, with administrative tasks related to resource scheduling, travel logistics, and team communication. Under the guidance of the integration resource manager, this position will work directly with the production control department to maintain departmental project information and budgets, and with integrators to audit and encourage active participation in the TAIT Project Process. It is essential that this position maintain a pulse on the company and attend weekly group project meetings to stay up to date on project status.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining up to date EPICOR schedules and tasks for the Integration department
  • Communicating with the Integration team on keeping the TPP process up to date
  • Attending project and scheduling meetings to stay up to date on the pulse of the company
  • Communicating regularly with the Master Scheduler and take direction on task list priority from them, while communicating that priority with Int Resource Manager
  • Managing recruitment travel and communication with potential hires
  • Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Working with QHSE Officer to keep all training and gear tracking up to date
  • Taking notes and transcriptions in meetings
  • Creating weekly Up2Speed Posts
  • Representing the Integration Department in the Office
  • Helping with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Expert user of MS Office and Excel Formulas
  • EPICOR experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of Entertainment Industry terms and expectations
  • Able and willing to be based in office environment full-time
