The HR and Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager and HR department and provide administrative support in relation to HR and Recruitment activities. They will coordinate interviews across the TAIT group, post job descriptions on the TAIT careers websites and carry out various HR administrative duties.




HR  Administration:

  • Dealing with incoming postal mail.
  • Sickness absence logging and communications;
  • Oversee and action correspondence received in the ukhr@taittowers.com inbox.
  • ADP password resets;
  • Employee communications i.e. new joiner, leaver and people changes announcements
  • Processing all paperwork associated with employment changes and variation contracts.
  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held in line with the GDPR.
  • Raising of PO’s in Epicor for HR
  • Carry out HR-related duties as and when required.

Recruitment Administration:

  • Post job descriptions on careers websites, newspapers and universities boards
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Send out psychometric assessments
  • Carry out all office administrative functions, filing, paperwork, etc
  • Keep the Greenhouse ATS updated at all times
  • Coordinate interviews across the TAIT group
  • Raise PO’s for the Recruitment department
  • A good all-round education
  • Administrative and/or HR and Recruitment qualifications/experience
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administration and PC skills
