The Talent Acquisition Specialist nurtures a healthy and productive work environment by developing and supporting People function initiatives. Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key part in fostering an inclusive culture and works to ensure that all policies, programs, and initiatives promote belonging and optimize performance.
This role will have responsibility for the development and implementation of new and innovative talent acquisition strategies. Talent Acquisition Specialist will build processes and enhance systems necessary to attract, select and retain top talent.
