The Global Head of Customer Training will develop and administer a comprehensive training program to meet the needs of TAIT customers.


Main Outcomes of the Position

  • Develop training curriculum to instruct Customers in the use of TAIT products
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience as customers engage with the training program both at TAIT locations and by creating TAIT training destination experiences
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and relationship management skills in coordinating training activities with the Customer and other stakeholders
  • Supervise, mentor, and train instructor candidates

Travel requirements: Up to 25%


  • Bachelors degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 10-15 years experience overseeing an adult, technical education program
  • Experience in the entertainment industry or ability to acquire knowledge to permit an understanding of the culture, structure, operations and ultimately the needs of customers.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles of adult learning, course development, instructional methods, and evaluation of training
  • Demonstrated, effective leadership
  • Able to determine the training needs of TAIT and TAIT’s customers, develop goals and objectives to address those needs, implement training programs, evaluate the effectiveness of training, and develop the resources needed to sustain an effective and efficient training program
