The Global Compensation Analyst will support the accurate seamless delivery and administration of the global compensation & benefit programs. This role serves as a technical resource for all things related to the delivery of the programs. Actively partners with the People Team, assisting with governance and timely sharing of key information. Ensures compliance of compensation and benefit programs with all applicable laws and regulations.



  • Conduct compensation analyses. Interface with business management and internal People Team partners on market data needs and analyses related to preparation of employment offers and salary adjustments.
  • Advise other People team members on basic compensation topics and discoveries.
  • Manage the global job hierarchy. This includes participating in salary surveys and utilizing survey data to determine the necessity of structure shifts as well as ensuring the internal equity within the job hierarchy.
  • Conduct ongoing benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of pay levels, incentive program design, and other compensation programs.
  • Coordinate and manage job evaluations to ensure equitable and consistent establishment of job standards and value and present findings to appropriate parties. Partner with managers and to develop and evaluate (benchmark) new positions across the company. Audit jobs for content and assist with development and maintenance of job descriptions that accurately reflect job responsibilities.
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategy and monitor program effectiveness, equity, and impact.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and develops and provides education for leaders, HR and other business units.
  • Remains knowledgeable of minimum wage laws and regulatory environments for compensation. Remains knowledgeable of compensation trends in the market.



  • Actively participates in the formulation of benefits strategy and global benefits coordination. Leads execution of implementations and administrative implications of strategy and associated technology considerations.
  • Serves as lead or supports manager on large scale projects such as implementation of benefits plans and US annual open enrollment. Develops and maintains detailed project plans.
  • Supports advancement of holistic global wellness programs and initiatives. Develops innovative solutions to advance the culture of wellbeing (physical, emotional, financial, etc.). Actively establishes and monitors metrics to track program efficacy and improvement.
  • Provides proactive strategies and recommendations to ensure market competitive programs in alignment with emerging trends (e.g., legislative, workforce demographics, trends, population health management, etc.) while remaining cost effective, legally compliant, and balanced with our benefits and total rewards philosophy and company needs.
  • Solutions-driven and takes initiative to identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the benefits function.
  • Assists in the design, development and delivery of robust benefit communications, leveraging digital technology channels, to expand understanding and value of global benefit plans and programs.
  • Maintains/updates US benefit plan legal documentation, as required (Plan Documents, ERISA Wraps, SPDs).
  • Develops and designs benefit enrollment materials and ongoing marketing or educational materials.
  • Reviews and assesses efficiency of internal / external procedures and processes, documents processes, recommends appropriate changes or improvements.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in day-to-day benefit operational support and benefit escalations from plan participants and HR Representatives. Develops and maintains strong relationships with carrier representatives and other internal parties to resolve complex benefit issues.
  • Ensures retirement plans meet regulations through analysis and audits.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business required.
  • Five years of experience supporting Compensation and Benefits at a global company
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Professional and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is desired.
  • Solid knowledge of US employment laws and regulations governing HR programs. Experience working with benefits in other countries in Europe and Asia is preferred.
  • Technical, hands-on experience and understanding of data analysis and Benefit Enrollment systems.
  • Knowledge and training in core HR systems highly desirable;
  • High proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), data mining, and reporting.
  • The ability to travel up to 5% of the year
