Overview:

 

The Director of Global Sales Operations is a service-oriented leader to be the driving force behind the Global Sales team’s productivity. Fostering a sales focused culture with the organization while driving project margin growth in all strategic markets through aligning the business functions directly impacting revenue generation (Marketing, Projects, Design, Sales/Business Solutions, Service and Support).

Responsibilities

  • Compile and communicate sales data to business development and sales teams
  • Drive accurate, up-to-date data capture ensuring integrity and quality
  • Analyse and present trends within TAIT’s current markets and support analysis of potential new markets
  • Ensure alignment across TAIT’s business, sales and business development personnel to drive sales, growth, uncover opportunities and to leverage TAIT’s network and rolodex effectively
  • Act as support for current and future software implementations (ERP, CRM, etc…)
  • Support Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop, document, communicate and maintain rules of engagement and sales processes
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to incentive plans
  • Act as lead for budgeting fiscal year sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Development
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis
  • 5+ years of experience using ERP/CRM/PowerBI
  • Impressive track record of success in support of sales and business growth
