    As Technical Sales Manager, work as a technical specialist resource within the PI Business Development     team to help build the business globally.


    • Support Global PI Business Development team by providing technical expertise during bid phase.
    • Where necessary attend site surveys, pre-bid, mid-bid and post-bid meetings to support PI Biz Dev Team.
    • Carry out end user Demos during bid phase, as required.
    • Account Management of all USA based theatre consultants, visiting them at least once a year and providing them with up to date information about our company and products.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences and other industry events throughout the year and be the demo lead at each of these shows.
    • Routinely check in on existing clients to ensure their complete satisfaction and check in to see if there are any opportunities for more sales.
    • Act as internal TAIT and iQ ambassador.
    • Routinely visit all 3rd Party Manufacturers using iQ to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Liaise with Project Management on active projects to ensure client satisfaction
    • Seek feedback from Clients on their user experience and general overall opinion of TAIT.
    • Provide regular reports to software team on new functionality required for new projects/clients.
    • Work with HR and various other heads of dept at TAIT to participate in education outreach and new hiring.
    • Be conduit between new iQ users and Software team. Track issues that may be appearing among multiple clients and share feedback with software team to ensure follow up happens.
    • Track and help drive the creation of functions that the Business Development team deems high priority OR functionality request that are coming from multiple clients.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Theater or similar area of focus
    • 10 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry
    • Experience with Operator or End User Experience
