The Project Manager is at the forefront of our business. As a main point of contact, Project Managers are the client advocates to ensure that what we are delivering is what we have sold. Internally, Project Managers (often, but not always working alongside an Account Manager) must translate client needs into a format that can be understood by the internal operations teams. This often starts with the first phone call, helping develop the scope of work, solutions, pricing and schedule. Project Managers must always demonstrate impeccable customer service, both internally and externally. Project Managers must also be able to speak intelligently about all aspects of our business and the services and products we provide. Most importantly, Project Managers must ensure clients receive boutique service and understand that our most important project is theirs. Working alongside other departments (and other Project Managers) is key to ensure that competing project needs are addressed and that the scope of work, goals and needs of the project are known and clearly communicated to all team members.
