    The Support Manager role is key within the Support team, which acts as the external face, and internal hub for project delivery by the Support business around the globe.  To carry out the Support Manager role effectively you will need to manage and work closely with our clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are met, and with the leadership of internal teams to ensure that all deliverables are realised and that the right solution is delivered on time and within budget. 


    You will be responsible for the correct cost and budget of projects, and for following up and keeping track of cash flow, changes and discrepancies for ongoing projects.  This will require a good understanding of budget control and IT skills, as well as creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 


    The right person will need to keep track of, and visit all project sites, so a certain amount of travel will be a necessity.   They will also need good communication and negotiation skills and be able to organise, plan and time manage effectively to achieve these goals.


    Keeping track of, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, service level agreement compliance and support team reviews will also be part of your role.


    We are looking for someone with a Degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years good working knowledge of the business and entertainment industry.
