We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for our Marketing Department.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. They will need an intimate understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels, be able to design, create and work on both digital and traditional marketing platforms and have extensive experience with, but not limited to, B2B, B2C and go-to-market strategies.
Day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating marketing and creative initiatives and campaigns. Gathering market research from internal and external teams regarding existing projects, products and services. Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies, producing effective storytelling in different mediums and building brand identity, equity and loyalty campaigns.
You will need at least 7 years’ experience within a marketing environment and be a great business and marketing leader able to work well with cross-functional teams, and will have marketing experience with tradeshows and live event panels and identifying and targeting customer personas and/or audiences.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in executing press events and creating and tracking life cycle funnels for campaigns in sales and marketing, branding and product marketing.
As Tait cover a large scope including branding, press communications, employee and client communications, media, employee engagement, sales crisis management, traditional and non-traditional marketing, product marketing, B2B and B2C marketing. Operating within the marketing department, the Marketing Manager will need extraordinary communication skills, professional judgement and discretion, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Batchelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing or Business, with at least 7+ years experience in marketing, branding or press/media, and a familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic and web design, production etc.
