    We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our Marketing Department.


    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, designing and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.


    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


    The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Global Head of Marketing and Communications to discuss and produce project and product pipelines for global marketing efforts. They will also work closely with internal teams to gather information and create marketing materials to amplify the specific TAIT messaging.


    They will be responsible on a day to day basis for:


    Creating, designing and managing marketing initiatives, advertisements and promotions including but not limited to:

    • Project/Product/Service Case Studies
    • Marketing Campaigns for B2b, B2C, Go-to-Market
    • Tradeshows
    • Live events
    • Press events
    • Others as required


    Working across a broad marketing scope:

    • Product
    • Branding
    • Services
    • Press Communications
    • Media
    • Employment Engagement
    • Employee and client communications
    • Sales crisis management

    Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies to manage the advertising that builds brand identity, equity and loyalty.

    Tracking the success of campaigns and initiatives for data analysis and forecasting to help identify trends and challenges, and direct the marketing strategy.

    Making sure company policies are adhered to and KPI’s met


    The right person will need superior strength in creating marketing materials for online, social and print as well as superior writing skills for case studies. A degree in graphic design OR a proven graphic design skill, and must know how to use In Design and Adobe Suite products and have a portfolio of adverts and campaigns to back them.


    • Intimate understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels.
    • Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic and web design, production, etc.
    • Solid knowledge of analysis to track and measure marketing effectiveness
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
    • Interpersonal awareness
    • Enthusiastic and full of energy
