    Based in Neasden unit 8 workshop, this role has primary responsibility for the upkeep of the rental workshop, as well as maintaining automation control stock and service records.


    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


    • Service and maintain electrical rental equipment and cabling
    • Pick, prepare and test rental equipment for projects
    • Use Fork Lift and Scissor lift to access stock
    • Load and Unload trucks as required
    • Track and record all asset inventory accurately and methodically using Rental Works and other office tools.
    • Process TI goods both in and out
    • Pack equipment prior to shipping
    • Receiving, logging, defaulting and storing rental equipment on return
    • Keeping paperwork and records up to date
    • Maintaining technical knowledge through training and mentorship
    • Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times
    • Contribute to team effort through effective communication
    • Daily checks of fork trucks and scissor lifts
    • Lead best practice in terms of workshop H&S, partake in company H&S meetings as required.





    Educational Attainment

    A good all-round general education


    Knowledge Required

    Knowledge of hand tools and the importance of accurate record keeping.

    Experience of “Rental works” or similar Rental asset management tools.

    Experience Required

    Experience in basic electrical/mechanical maintenance.

    Experience of working in technical entertainment supply or equipment rentals.

    Experience in winch systems installation or servicing.

    General Intelligence

    Computer literate;

    Knowledge of Health and Safety in a workshop environment.


    Skills and Aptitudes Required

    Good problem-solving skills; willingness to take on challenges; able to adapt to changing circumstances;

    Excellent customer service skills;

    Great attention to detail

    Fork lift and scissor lift licences.


    Interest in developing the role within the TI Automation team

    Interest in Automation in Entertainment.

    Personal Qualities Required

    Reliability, flexibility, works well under pressure, good organisational skills, highly self-motivated.
