    MISSION: The Director of Compliance ‘s mission is to provide strategic direction for achieving and actively maintaining global safety (CE, ETL, UL, BGV, NFPA, Fire Code) compliance through evaluation of existing TAIT equipment/systems and current client needs; focusing compliance objectives on greatest needs while monitoring global demand to ensure future compliance.




    • After 3 months understand globally what we currently do in all offices and all markets
    • After 6 months have drafted and ratified internal guidelines moving forward including standard documentation and templates
    • After 6 months taken any training necessary to fully understand all applicable codes and make recommendations for compliance of existing/legacy equipment
    • After 9 months put in policies / work flows globally to make sure we are compliant on all equipment
    • After 12 months trained 80% of applicable staff what needs to be done to hit compliance goals
