Overview:

 

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to end users in our global operations. This position will work in conjunction with business systems team to shape existing and develop new business processes with the focus on improving business performance for the future and is engaged in projects such as version upgrades, functional upgrades and the implementations.

Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Systems team to provide systems documentation and training
  • Will participate in systems configuration and QA testing
  • Work with Business units to collect key project deliverables and work through process flow
  • Engage business units to improve and enhance existing systems and processes
  • Analyze existing system use and define efficiency gains in process through systems
  • Manages Business Systems Project list to insure team stays on task
  • Gathers requirements and creates scope documentation for new projects
  • Provide research assistance for new system specifications
  • Ensures all project deliverables are met and gets final business unit sign off
  • Assists in development of business test cases and documents testing procedures
  • Provide follow up and collect business feedback on provided solutions
  • Performs other job-related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Technology or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Experience as a technology leader designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions for Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics
  • Understanding of Epicor, a significant plus
