    TAIT is hiring multiple Controls Integrators/Automation Engineers in Lititz, PA, London, and Asia. These positions are involved with the testing and commissioning of industrial motion control systems for Theme parks, major night clubs, theaters, cruise ships, opera houses, spectaculars, and contract tours.


    Essential Responsibilities

    • To work with the project and design departments to deliver high-quality automation systems that meet all specifications, delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner
    • Be responsible for factory testing and pre-commissioning of new control systems before shipping, as well as on-site commissioning and handover to clients
    • Play an active role in the automation engineering team, and work with other departments to ensure the smooth running and economical success of the company
    • Plays key technical role throughout the project lifecycle
    • Establishes and cultivates good relationships with clients, stagehands, electricians, ironworkers, project managers, and other personnel
    • Travels frequently to job sites both domestically and internationally


    Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or entertainment technology
    • Strong proficiency in hands-on technical skill such as electrical work.
    • Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
    • Willingness to travel often and work in diverse environments
    • Background in motion control, functional safety, industrial automation, robotics, networking, hydraulics, entertainment automation, Navigator, eCham, ETCP rigging or Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, and Emerson control systems
