    This position is responsible for providing support to end users at our UK based sites in Neasden and Haverhill. This position will work in conjunction with the US Director of Business systems and the US business systems team to shape existing and develop new business processes with the focus on improving business performance for the future and is engaged in projects such as version upgrades, functional upgrades and the implementation of Epicor solutions at UK sites.


    Overview of Responsibilities:

    • Supports business systems including Epicor, HRIS, asset management systems (ex. RentalWorks) and other key business systems
    • Seeks business unit feedback to work with US business systems team and determine technical solutions to business issues.
    • Needs to be able to drive user acceptance and engagement on new and existing systems.
    • Partner with the business and perform as subject matter expert (SME) for UK offices in one or more functional disciplines, e.g. manufacturing, purchasing and finance.
    • Business process design and mapping using appropriate tools
    • Technical components (Epicor focus) such as BAQs, Trackers, Dashboards.
    • Needs to engage UK business unit to drive positive change and assist in scoping out business needs.
    • Provide local application documentation and training on new and existing systems to drive user engagement and management acceptance.
    • Oversees the estimation of requirements, documentation and testing efforts for various UK projects in conjunction with the US business systems team.


    Required Technical Skills

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computing or a related field and/or with 6+ years of progressive experience in support of business systems.
    • 4+ years of experience supporting ERP system and other enterprise business systems.
    • Implementation and understanding of Epicor, a significant plus.
    • Implementation and understanding of Engineering/Design systems and integration with ERP systems, a plus.

     Other Requirements

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate and quickly learn IT systems.
    • Proven ability to create and present written and verbal communication that are audience appropriate.
    • Demonstrated experience in working with diverse global business groups.
