The Senior Support Integrator seeks to provide fast and useful technical assistance on complex, large entertainment automation systems. Additionally, the Senior Support Integrator travels to customer sites to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain equipment installations. This also requires the Senior Support Integrator to display strong customer service skills in advising the customer in technical problems and proposing solutions. Finally, the Senior Support Integrator mentors and trains other members of the Service and Support Department. This position works independently with little direct supervision.
