We reqire someone to cover a 12 month maternity leave absence at our Neasden, London offices working in the Support and service Team. In this role you will be a key member of our Administration Team your primary responsibility will be to provide service and support to both ‘our’ entertainment venues and projects worldwide. Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above.
A good all-round general education.
A-Levels (or equivalent) or other qualifications e.g. NVQ’s etc.
Management systems; Computer Literate with all Microsoft Office suite.
AutoCAD, Viewer, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
Experience of working in a customer driven environment.
Work within the Events, entertainment or conference related industry.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Excellent literacy skills, with the ability to compose internal and external communications that are grammatically correct, with good use of the ‘English’ language, no spelling errors etc.

Possess good IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Office.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.

This is a full-time position; core hours would be 40 hours per week Mon to Fri 8am – 5pm. There may be a requirement to work outside these core hours from time to time, so flexibility would be appreciated.
Able to attend some meetings out of normal office hours.
